I started my real estate career in 1992 in California for I am an outgoing person and I wanted to work with people because I enjoy them very much. I obtained my license in Maine in 1995. I received the designation of Broker in 1998 and I hold the designations of ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), RECS (Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist) I am an aggressive and hard working broker who works hard for his clients and customers to help them find the property they are looking for or help my clients sell their property in a timely manner and for the best price possible thru my hard work ethics approach.
I have been very active since 1998 on the internet where I have two personal web sites http://www.realestatemaine.net, http://www.mainerealestatebroker.net to advertise my client’s properties or connect with potential new clients or customers as a Buyer’s Broker.
I owe my success to my web sites as I can reach out to customer or clients from many parts of the country that need my specialties.
I am a member in good standing of the American Legion (34yrs), Life Member of DAV (Disabled American Veterans).
I have appeared in a few Belfast Maskers and Brooks Marsh River Amateur Theater productions
And I am an avid soccer player, fan and have coached numerous youth soccer teams and schools over the years. I was involved with AYSO (American Youth Soccer Organization) in 1964 when it first started in Torrance California
