William & Wealthy Poor once owned this lovely, Federal home, thus; The Wealthy Poor House! We have tried to retain the feeling of those bygone days, while providing all the amenities one would expect in a modern, comfortable bed & breakfast. We offer Maine hospitality as it should be.
Malcolm, from England, and a former ship’s captain, enjoys a “Full English Breakfast.” Carol, originally from Connecticut, provides a menu including many other breakfast favorites as well. Afternoon tea-time, three comfortable sleeping rooms, tv/dvd/wireless are available in your home-away-from-home. Pets are welcome.
