Located on the second story of a century-old building, the rental is blocks from the waterfront, with restaurants, a movie theater showing first run movies, video rental, book store, quaint shops, natural food co-op, all within walking distance. Outdoor enthusiasts are close to kayaking, biking, sailing and hiking along our spectacular shore.
Space is 600 sq feet plus...situated above a small shop specializing in lamps and vintage items, the one large room has recently been completely renovated. New appliances and fixtures, two twin beds with a possible third person to sleep on the daybed. Building faces south with wonderful light and sun. Entrance is separate from shop and on side of building.
Amenities, TV, DVD & video, Linens, Heat and Air-conditioning. 1 hour to Bar Harbor, 15 min to Searsport (lots of antique shops) and marine museum, 30 minutes to Camden, 1 hour to Bangor.
Pets possible with prior consultation with owner of building. $75 surcharge for pet.
