The Shellfish Conservation Committee will hold a special meeting this month at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 20.  Amy Fitzpatrick of Maine’s Department of Marine Resources will be on hand at the meeting to answer questions regarding what has to be done to open the clam flats in Stockton Springs that have been closed due to pollution.  The meeting will be held at the Town Office and the public is invited to attend. RECYCLING BINS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE STOCKTON MUNICIPAL BUILDING FOR $5/each EFFECTIVE November 1,2008 the Town Office will be closed on Fridays. THE CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICE HOURS ARE NOW WEDNESDAYS FROM 9 AM to 1 PM.
