A Birth Doula offers physical, emotional and informational support to pregnant women and their partners.

I am available for both hospital and home births. I provide personalized childbirth preparation, including consultation on writing a birth plan. During your labor and birth, I will provide continuous physical and emotional support. I will also stay with you up to two hours after the birth in order to help establish breastfeeding (if desired) and start the bonding process. I offer a minimum of two prenatal and two postpartum interviews. I will be on-call for you beginning two weeks before your due date.
