Lilac Place is a charming English style cottage located in the historic village of Stockton Springs on upper Penobscot Bay between Belfast & Bucksport.

Lilac Place is available as a whole house rental or 2 fully furnished apartments. All are available for weekly rental with a 3 night minimum. Its a perfect place for a family gathering, or a romantic escape, a getaway or a retreat. Upon arrival you will find juice, English muffins, cereal, tea & coffee (not brewed) , butter, milk & jam so that you needn't rush to the store.

The Trillium is on the 2nd floor with a stair elevator assists in getting your packages and luggage to the Trillium. Trillium had 3 bedrooms plus a really comfy queen sofa bed in the living room. Large eat-in kitchen; bathroom with tiled shower stall- all the amenities required for a "home away from home" for more than 2 people

The Columbine is furnished in period antiques and combines a great room complete with wood fireplace, large kithen with eating bar. Columbine has 1 bedroom with antique 4 poster double bed and a small sunny entrance room.

Apartments can be rented separately or together for those wanting an escape at a reasonable price. Off street parking, walk to convenience store, fresh fish market and good family food restaurant.

Near beautiful Stockton Harbor and Fort Point State Park and lighthouse; the original fascinating Fort Knox with all its activities and the wondrous 420' high Penobscot Narrows Observation tower; wild natural Sears Island; the Penobscot Marine Museum and a myriad of other charming and unique sites found only in Waldo County, Maine where you may explore the treasures of coast and countryside.

Visit anytime between May lst and November 30th. Catch the leaves before they fall.
