On a recent visit to Maine from Philadelphia, my mother treated me to a massage with Elizabeth. I was 5 months into a difficult pregnancy and the muscles in my back, neck and shoulders seemed in perpetual knots. I was wary of having a massage, since I couldn't imagine being in any comfortable position on the table.
First, Elizabeth spoke with me about my needs and concerns and relieved my anxiety when she told me she was experienced in pre-natal massage.
What followed was the best massage I have had anywhere and amazing relieve from physical tension for many days after. I just wish she were in Philadelphia!
