Support Coastal Mountains Land Trust and enjoy a scenic 5K walk or 10K run through downtown Belfast and (for the run) along the Passagassawakeag River past two Land Trust preserves. Both routes will finish at the eastern end of the Belfast Footbridge. All net proceeds from this event will directly benefit the Land Trust's land conservation work in the western Penobscot Bay region.

Registration: Belfast Boathouse, 9:00 AM.
Registration Fee for Runners: $15 if by September 12; $20 after. Registration Fee for Walkers: recommended minimum of $25 in sponsorships to receive a tee shirt. (Tee shirts available while supplies last.)

Walkers Start: 9:30 AM; Runners Start: 9:45 AM. The 5K walk and 10K run will follow different routes. The 5K will not be a timed race.

Prizes for the 10K Run will be given to the first man and woman overall, and for first place man and woman in these age categories: Under 20, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+. Prizes for the 5K Walk will be given to the team that has raised the most money in sponsorships, as well as to individuals in these age categories: 12 and under, 13-18, and Adult (19+).
