Belfast Yoga Studio offers a variety of Hatha Yoga classes in the Iyengar style. The pleasant fourth floor studio is located at the Belfast Center, handy to Coastal Route 1 in Belfast Maine. The south facing windows overlook Belfast Harbor and Penobscot Bay.


Owner Marianna Moll has been teaching yoga since 1986, and is a certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor. She is also a certified Relax and Renew® Trainer as well as a Certified Level II Yamuna® Body Rolling and Yamuna® Body Rolling Therapeutics Practitioner. Marianna is very interested in the healing application of Yoga and Yamuna® Body Rolling. She applies therapeutics in her classes when possible and especially in one-on-one sessions.

Throughout the year, the studio offers special events including workshops with nationally known instructors, and weekend intensive classes, in addition to regularly scheduled classes.
