Tree by Leaf has been a band for over a decade. They make honest to God local music in the midcoast region. The songs are all original and the musical line-up usually consists of guitar, drums, piano/organ and vocals. Garrett and Siiri Soucy have been playing with pianist Clifford Young for the full decade and the band has been playing with Eric Sanders on the drums for the last three years. Their most recent studio release is called 'There is a Vine' and the pending are the live album from Marsh River Theater and 'Sunlight and Architecture', which is a side project of Garrett Soucy and Andrew Luckless. The writings of Garrett Soucy generally revolve heavily around a God-based ontology and the minutae of the every day.
